Court declares Adeleke as PDP Gubernatorial candidate in Osun
A Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo has declared that Senator Ademola Adeleke is the bonafide candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the July 16 governorship election in Osun State.
You would recall that a candidate of another faction of the party in the state, Prince Dotun Babayemi had sort the Court’s affirmation as to the authentic candidate of the Party following the parallel primaries held on March 9.
The presiding judge of the Osogbo High court, Justice Nathaniel Emmanuel made the declaration while delivering the ruling in the suit filed by Babayemi
