President Buhari returned to Nigeria after a 10 day private visit to the UK.Despite the high level of insecurity and chronic levels of Poverty being experienced across the country, he spent time inspecting guard of honour and enjoying a mini parade.A foreigner who witnessed the event said that he actually assumed it was a visiting president.
