Blatant rigging caught on video during illegal APC governorship primaries in Edo

The ongoing Edo state governorship primaries may be a sham afterall. A video shows counting during the direct primaries. It is either the person that was in charge cannot count or a fraud is being perpetrated. See for yourself.
