Bianca Ojukwu Leads Nnewi Elders to Thank Soludo for Ministerial Appointment
Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, led a delegation of Nnewi elders on a visit to Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, to express appreciation for his support in her recent ministerial appointment.
Governor Soludo, in a post shared on social media, described the visit as a warm gesture and praised Ambassador Ojukwu’s quick adaptation to her new role in the Renewed Hope administration. He noted that the visit was a show of gratitude for his role during her nomination and affirmed his continued support.
Expressing confidence in her capacity, Soludo remarked that Ambassador Ojukwu’s appointment reflects President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to national unity and merit-based leadership, regardless of political affiliation. Describing her as “a round peg in a round hole,” the governor said he is confident she will make meaningful contributions in her new position.
Bianca Ojukwu is the widow of the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, the founding leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), a party with deep roots in the South-East.
