“Avoid Any Woman That Doesn’t Ask You for Money” – Akwa Ibom Revenue Boss Advises Men
Executive Director of the Akwa Ibom State Internal Revenue Service (AKIRS), Leo Umana, has stirred online reactions with a statement advising men to be cautious of women who do not request money from them.
In a Facebook post on Monday, Umana wrote, “Brothers: Avoid any woman that doesn’t love money or ask you for money. You will be poorer than she met you.”
His comment has sparked widespread debate, with some social media users interpreting it as a cautionary take on financial dynamics in relationships, while others criticized it for promoting materialism.
