Augusta’s Brother Breaks Silence: How ‘Killaboi’ Was Captured in Sierra Leone
The brother of the late Augusta has finally broken his silence after months of keeping a low profile following her tragic murder by her boyfriend, known as Killaboi. His recent statement was prompted by swirling rumors about Killaboi’s whereabouts and growing concerns about the case.
Taking to the microblogging platform X, Augusta’s brother disclosed that he had spent the past week in Freetown, Sierra Leone, collaborating closely with local law enforcement agencies to formulate a plan for capturing Killaboi. It was revealed that they had been tracking Killaboi for some time, meticulously observing his routines and movements, which ultimately led to his apprehension at a nightclub in Freetown.
In his tweet, Augusta’s brother stated, “I’ve spent the last week in Freetown, Sierra Leone. We were in contact with the Law Enforcement Agencies in Sierra Leone to set up ways to apprehend Ben. We knew where he slept, we knew where he ate, we trailed him until they were able to apprehend him last night. I’ve looked for him everywhere, from Accra to Abidjan, and luck brought him to my path in Freetown. Through the efforts of the Sierra Leonean authorities, we’ve finally been able to apprehend him. We hope the Nigerian Police force works fast to extradite him to face his crimes.”
His message conveyed the personal struggles he faced in his quest to do what he believed was right. He acknowledged that he had done his part and was now entrusting the remaining course of action to the appropriate authorities. The successful apprehension of Killaboi in Sierra Leone marks a significant development in the ongoing investigation into Augusta’s tragic murder.
