The Embassy of Ireland in Nigeria has announced the opening of applications for fully funded master's scholarships for eligible Nigerians under the Ireland Fellows Programme.
According to a statement shared by the embassy on its official X account, the application portal will open on June 29, 2026. The programme is open to eligible early and mid-career professionals from Nigeria and Ghana.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to pursue a one-year postgraduate degree at participating universities in Ireland. The scholarship covers major academic and living expenses throughout the duration of the programme.
The embassy encouraged qualified candidates to apply, describing the initiative as an opportunity to gain postgraduate education in Ireland through a fully funded scholarship.
It added that detailed information on eligibility criteria, available courses, and the application process is available on the official Ireland Fellows Programme portal.
