APPLY: FG Launches 12-Month Paid Internship Programme for Nigerian Graduates
The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially launched the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) — a 12-month paid internship initiative designed to equip recent graduates with practical work experience and enhance their employability in a competitive job market.
The NJFP serves as a vital bridge between fresh graduates and available opportunities within both the public and private sectors. Through the programme, participants will receive ₦150,000 monthly stipends for one year while gaining hands-on experience with reputable organizations nationwide.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be 30 years or younger
Must have graduated not earlier than 2022
Hold a B.Sc (minimum CGPA 2.2) or HND (minimum CGPA 3.0)
Possess an NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter

According to the Federal Government, the programme aims to:
- Empower graduates by aligning their skills with labour market needs through data-driven insights.

The NJFP is part of the government’s broader strategy to combat youth unemployment and strengthen the nation’s workforce readiness.
