APC Crisis: Members of Dissolved NWC Insist Thursday’s NEC Meeting Was Illegal, To Consult Lawyers on Next Line of Action
The last is yet to be heard of the crisis in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as 18 Members of the dissolved National Working Committee (NWC), of the party led by the acting National Chairman, Hilliard Eta have said the dissolution and other decisions reached on Thursday at the National Executive Committee (NEC) convened by Victor Giadom, were illegal.
In statement on Thursday co-signed by Eta and the acting National Secretary, Waziri Bulama, the duo said the NWC is still studying the situation and will consult stakeholders and lawyers on the next line of action.
