AMVCA 2026: Full List of Winners
The 2026 edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards 2026 held on Saturday, bringing together actors, filmmakers, producers and digital creators from across Africa to celebrate achievements in film, television and online content.
The ceremony recognised performances and productions across acting, directing, writing, cinematography, sound, costume design and digital storytelling.
“My Father’s Shadow” emerged as the biggest winner of the night, taking home Best Movie, Best Director, Best Writing (Movie) and Best Sound/Sound Design. Uzor Arukwe won Best Lead Actor for “Colours of Fire,” while Linda Ejiofor secured Best Lead Actress for “The Serpent’s Gift.”
