Abdulrasheed Maina’s son rearrested by security operatives
Son of Abdulrasheed Maina, the former Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team, PRTT, Faisal, has been rearrested by security operatives.
Justice Okon Abang had issued a warrant of arrest against Faisal on November 24 after he jumped bail.
A member of the House of Representatives from Zamfara State, Sani Dangaladima, who stood as Faisal’s surety was also summoned while Faisa’s trial would continue in his absence.
At the court session on Thursday, counsel for Dangaladima, the surety, urged the court to suspend the hearing of the forfeiture case against his client adding that there is information that the Faisa has been arrested.

But the prosecution counsel said the Commission has not officially received the information of Faisal’s arrest.
