In an intriguing revelation, popular Nollywood actor, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, widely known as IK Ogbonna, has shared an unconventional aspect of his romantic life. The actor, who was previously married to Sonia Morales until their marriage ended in 2019, candidly stated that he has never directly pursued a romantic interest in any woman.

Speaking on the latest episode of the Petite Talks podcast, the charismatic thespian disclosed that his approach to relationships has been distinctively different. He asserted that most of his romantic connections have naturally evolved from friendships.

Ogbonna explained, “As funny as it may sound, I’ve never toasted a girl in my life. I don’t know how to do it. It’s not about being a fine boy. I think I grew up around people. I had so many female friends at the same time. And most of my relationships always started from friendship. We are friends, we start liking ourselves. It entered relationships.”
