Three officials belonging to the Zamfara State-owned Community Protection Guard (CPG) fell victim to a fatal ambush orchestrated by bandits. The incident unfolded in the Jambako area of Maradun local government, sending shockwaves across the region.

The unsuspecting CPG officials met their untimely demise while traversing the path to Faru town, ambushed by bandits near Tungar Nayarciga.
