Tinubu Appoints Otuaro as PAP Administrator
President Bola Tinubu has given his nod to the appointment of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Dr. Otuaro boasts an impressive academic background, holding a PhD in Comparative Politics & Development Studies, an MSc in Public Administration, and a BSc in Education.
His extensive experience spans various sectors, having previously held key executive positions at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). His expertise covers infrastructure development, security, environmental remediation, and oil and gas.
In a statement released by his spokesman, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu expressed optimism that Dr. Otuaro’s wealth of experience will be instrumental in revitalizing the Amnesty Programme and furthering its original objectives and vision.
