Terrorists Reportedly Share Disturbing Photo of Slain Kaduna Priest’s Wife and Daughter in Captivity
Terrorists have circulated a photograph showing the abducted wife and daughter of a Kaduna Anglican priest with a gun pointed at them, intensifying fears for their safety.
The victims were taken alongside Ven. Edwin Achi during an attack on their home in Chikun Local Government Area on October 28, 2025. The captors later killed the priest after issuing a ransom demand of N200 million and subsequently posted an image of him and his wife on his Facebook page.
A relative, Avril, confirmed the latest development on X in a message addressed to journalist Rufai Oseni, urging continued public attention on the case. He said the abductors recently uploaded a picture of Sarah Achi and her daughter and noted that the group’s demands have become increasingly unclear.
Sharing the distressing image on Wednesday, he lamented the state of insecurity in the country.
