Just days after a letter from Nigeria’s national security adviser Babagana Monguno was leaked detailing how chief of staff Abba Kyari had assumed the role of president and commander in chief, yet another letter has surfaced from the same period (December 2019) from the NSA once again showing that Abba Kyari had also interfered with the purchase of certain equipment for the police from the Emirates.
