Police Reveals New Tactic Used by One-Chance Robbers: “Shifting Chair” Raises Alarm
In a recent advisory, the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has alerted citizens to the emergence of a fresh tactic employed by one-chance robbers, dubbed the “Shifting Chair-One Chance.” The warning, posted on the official NPF Facebook page on Monday night, underscores the need for heightened vigilance among Nigerians.
The NPF emphasizes the importance of avoiding vehicles that lack commercial coloring or proper identification, urging passengers to remain watchful. The police caution that these criminals are adept at snatching valuables, such as cell phones and cash, and highlight the prevalence of this organized crime in major cities like Abuja and Lagos State.
