Police Arrest Female Prison Officer Caught on Video Having Sex with Inmate
A female prison officer has been arrested after a video surfaced showing her engaged in sexual acts with an inmate at HMP Wandsworth in south-west London. The arrest occurred yesterday, with the officer facing charges of misconduct in public office.
The explicit footage, recorded by the inmate’s cellmate on a mobile phone, reveals the officer, in uniform, engaging in sexual activities with an unidentified prisoner. The incident, believed to be recent, took place in a Category A cell, with the room’s interior, including a TV and bunk beds, clearly visible.
Former prison governor Ian Acheson commented on the serious security concerns raised by the incident, emphasizing that the challenges within the prison system extend beyond overcrowding.
