51-year-old American actor Christian Oliver, widely known as Christian Klepser, met a tragic end along with his daughters, Madita (10) and Annik (12), and pilot Robert Sachs. The unfortunate event unfolded as the small plane they were traveling in crashed into the waters off Bequia, a part of St. Vincent.

Christian Klepser, celebrated for his prolific acting career spanning over 60 credits, had left an indelible mark in the film industry with notable roles in blockbuster films such as Speed Racer, Valkyrie, and a recent appearance in the latest Indiana Jones movie.

The ill-fated single-engine aircraft had departed from F Mitchell Airport en route to nearby St. Lucia before the catastrophic accident transpired. The small Beechcraft 35 they were in crashed in Giles County, Tennessee, with no other occupants on board. The aircraft had taken off from Downtown Island Home Airport in Knoxville, destined for Pulaski Airport.
