The meeting was held at Amawbia Town Hall, Awka-South LGA, and brought together past President-Generals representing all 179 towns in Anambra State, with some towns having up to five former President-Generals in attendance.
Mazi Omeife I. Omeife, the APPAS leader and former President-General of Mbaukwu Development Union, welcomed Prince Ukachukwu, thanking him for honoring their invitation and extending the association’s support for his gubernatorial project.
In his remarks, Prince Ukachukwu began by praising Almighty God and shared a parable emphasizing the importance of community autonomy and strong local leadership, which are central to his manifesto for Ndi-Anambra. He presented himself as a servant-leader committed to public service and reaffirmed his plans to address insecurity, improve the health, education, and housing sectors, and modernize the agricultural value chain in the state if elected governor.
The meeting ended with a prayer for guidance, wisdom, and success for Prince Ukachukwu and his deputy as the state approaches the November 8, 2025 elections.
