Pastor, Wife Killed by Vehicle; Infant Survives
A tragic accident claimed the lives of Pastor Emmanuel Oshla Kujeh and his wife on Friday, September 19, 2025, when they were struck by a vehicle near the Nagis/Ministry of Lands area in Lafia.
Eyewitnesses said the couple was walking home with their two-month-old baby when the driver allegedly lost control and hit them. While both parents died at the scene, their infant survived and is currently receiving medical care in a local hospital.
Pastor Kujeh, who served as the resident pastor of ERCC LCC MercyLand, Lafia, had been married to his wife since December 7, 2024.
The shocking incident has left friends, family, and the community in deep mourning, with many expressing grief over the sudden loss of the young couple.
Authorities are yet to release further details about the driver or the circumstances that led to the accident.
