OnlyFans Owner Leonid Radvinsky Dies at 43

Leonid Radvinsky, the Ukrainian-born entrepreneur who owned the subscription-based content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a prolonged illness.

A company representative confirmed that he passed away on Monday, stating that he died peacefully after battling cancer for an extended period.

Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018 and oversaw its rapid expansion into a major digital platform. Under his ownership, the service recorded significant financial growth, including $1.4 billion in revenue in 2024, while users collectively spent about $7.2 billion on the platform during the same period.

At the time of his death, his net worth was estimated at $4.7 billion, placing him among the wealthiest individuals globally and within the United States. He had reportedly received $1.8 billion in dividend payments through early 2025.

OnlyFans experienced its most pronounced surge during the COVID-19 pandemic, a period that accelerated user growth and revenue, contributing to Radvinsky becoming a billionaire in 2021.

Throughout his career, Radvinsky maintained a low public profile, rarely granting interviews. Before acquiring OnlyFans, he was associated with ventures that generated revenue through directing online traffic toward adult content. Reports also indicate that discussions had taken place regarding a potential sale of the platform valued at around $8 billion.
