NYSC Member Killed in Maiduguri Bombing Buried in Enugu
Samuel Chidiebere Orji, a 26-year-old member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has been buried in his hometown of Amurri, Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State.
His burial took place on Wednesday, March 25, following his death in the March 16 explosions in Maiduguri, Borno State.
The blasts occurred at several points in the city, including the Monday Market, the Post Office area, and near the entrance of the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital. Authorities reported that more than 28 people were killed, while many others sustained injuries.
Since news of his death emerged, tributes have circulated on social media, with friends and acquaintances expressing grief and sharing memories on Facebook.
