Nigerians react angrily to document revealing padding of air fares at the Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA
A document that was leaked to the public showing a request for the air fares allowance of NPA staff to be increased to an over inflated rate is currently generating outrage from the Nigerian public.
The document (shown below) is a request for economy flights allowance for staff to be reviewed to between N150,000 and N290,000 while business class should be reviewed to between N180,000 and N320,000.
A return economy flight usually costs around N60,000 while a business class return flight costs around N150,000.
