Nigerian Military Arrests TikTok Bandit Promoter Sule Yellow
The Nigerian military has apprehended Sule Yellow, a suspected bandit and online promoter of terrorist activity, who operated under the TikTok handle @suleyellow6.
According to a report by @mobilisingniger on X on Monday, Sule Yellow was arrested shortly after he allegedly received a ransom payment from the family of a kidnapped individual.
Prior to his arrest, Sule Yellow regularly posted videos on TikTok depicting the actions of bandit groups. On March 4, he reportedly appeared in a livestream with another suspected bandit, identified as Auta, and other associates.
Security sources confirmed that operatives had been monitoring his online activity before executing the arrest. Following his detention, authorities also disabled the TikTok account associated with him.
A statement from @mobilisingniger noted: “The Nigerian Military arrests a notorious bandit Sule Yellow after collecting ransom payment from the victim’s family. The security forces have since disabled his account after the arrest was made.”
