“My kids and I have been evicted from our home” — General Overseer’s wife alleges displacement, seeks help
Eunice Azaka, wife of Emmanuel Azaka, the general overseer of Overcomers Christian Center International, has alleged that she and her children have been locked out of their matrimonial home in Port Harcourt.
In a video circulating online, Eunice said she and her three children have been unable to access their residence for nearly a month. She claimed they were physically prevented from entering the property, with their personal belongings still inside.
She further alleged that her mobile phone was confiscated and that her movements and social media activities are being monitored.
Eunice said efforts to get help from religious leaders, neighbours, and friends have not been successful. She described her family’s situation as homelessness and appealed for urgent intervention from the public and human rights groups.
As of the time of filing this report, neither Emmanuel Azaka nor the leadership of Overcomers Christian Center International has issued an official response to the allegations.
