“My Kids and I Begged for Our Lives” – Ex-Wife of Late US-Based Cardiologist Speaks Out

Suzzette Chibuogu, the ex-wife of Ikenna Erinne, a Nigerian cardiologist based in the United States, has denied allegations linking her to his death.

In a widely circulated Facebook video, Nigerian-American man Clayton Udoh claimed that Erinne took his own life after losing a child support case that required him to pay $15,000 per month. Udoh also alleged that Erinne lost his visitation rights and medical license due to legal battles with Chibuogu. The claims sparked outrage on social media, with many demanding that her identity be revealed.

However, Chibuogu’s father refuted the allegations, stating that Erinne died after holding his ex-wife and children at gunpoint for three hours. Chibuogu later confirmed her father’s account in an Instagram post, calling the ordeal a terrifying “near-death experience” where she and her children pleaded for their lives.

She explained that she had always been the primary caregiver and financial provider for their children, including their disabled child, while Erinne lived in another state. Since the incident, she and her children have faced threats and harassment. Warning that she has evidence to take legal action if the intimidation continues, she urged people to stop spreading misinformation.

Chibuogu emphasized that she and her children are real people trying to move on after years of hardship. She called for compassion, urging the public to focus on moving forward with love rather than fueling online speculation.
