Man posts video of empty Kano Covid19 isolation centre alleges fraud

A man has posted a video of the Kano state isolation alleging fraud. He claimed that the impression that Kano had over 600 Covid19 patients admitted at the isolation centre is false as the isolation centre was still under construction.
