Lagos State records a drop in of below 50 cases
Since the advent of the novel corona virus, daily records of cases as announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) have indicated that Lagos State has most oftentimes topped the chart of confirmed cases.
However, records as released by NCDC on Sunday June 7, 2020, shows that Lagos State had only a record of 38 confirmed cases. Abia state took the lead with 67 cases a 400% in it’s daily toll.
A daily total of confirmed cases as announced by NCDC was 260 cases.
Lagos State now has a total of 5767 confirmed cases with 1025 persons already discharged.
Kano State with 999 confirmed cases ranks 2nd on the list. Abia state moves from the 33rd spot to 20th with the recent increase.
The latest report shows that 12deaths have been recorded and this takes the total deaths to 354.
A total of 12,486 cases have now been confirmed in 35 states and the FCT.
