JUST IN: Oyo APC Chairman Ajiboye Omodewu is Dead
Ajiboye Omodewu, the chairman of the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has passed away in the United States. Omodewu, who was from Otu in Itesiwaju Local Government, died approximately a year after receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness.
A former Commissioner under the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi, Omodewu held dual citizenship in Nigeria and the United States. He had recently completed his law degree and law school.
Olawale Sadare, the APC Publicity Secretary in Oyo State, has confirmed the death of the party chairman.
