According to APGA’s National Administrative Secretary, Okoro Chinedum Benedict, these reports are false and misleading, intended to undermine Chief Njoku’s legitimate leadership.

The misleading news suggests that a Federal High Court in Abuja issued an order preventing Chief Njoku from performing his duties. However, an investigation revealed that Suit No: FHC/ABJ/CS/966/2024 was filed secretly by certain individuals seeking an ex parte order against Chief Njoku.

APGA assures its members and the public that there is no cause for concern. The news is baseless, and the party’s legal team is fully prepared to address the issue.

“The much-touted news is a ruse and a hoax,” Benedict stated. “One united and indivisible APGA is non-negotiable.”

APGA calls on its members to remain steadfast and united in the face of these unfounded claims.
