JUST IN: Dangote Petroleum Refinery Slashes Diesel Price to N1,000 per Litre
Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a further reduction in the price of diesel, dropping it from N1,200 to N1,000 per litre.
This significant reduction comes just three weeks after the refinery initially lowered the price to N1,200 per litre, marking a notable 30% decrease from the previous market rate of around N1,600 per litre.
In a statement released by the organization on Tuesday night, it was emphasized that this substantial price cut is expected to have a positive ripple effect across various sectors of the economy and contribute to alleviating the high inflation rate currently experienced in the country.
The move is poised to provide relief to consumers and businesses alike, offering the potential for reduced operational costs and increased purchasing power.
