“I Regret Gifting a Lady a Range Rover Because of Love” — Comedian Sabinus

Nigerian comedian Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, popularly known as Sabinus, has spoken about a past relationship that ended despite his costly expression of affection.

Sabinus made the remarks during a recent livestream with TikToker Sandra Benede, where he described love as emotionally difficult and said he deeply regretted gifting a former partner a luxury vehicle.

The comedian said the experience left a lasting impact on him and influenced how he views romantic relationships. He linked his situation to the ongoing breakup involving TikTok personality Peller and his former girlfriend, Jarvis, noting similarities in their emotional responses.

Sabinus urged the public to avoid harsh judgment of Peller, pointing out that heartbreak can push people into actions they would not normally take. He referenced Peller’s recent public outbursts and car accident as signs of emotional distress following the breakup.

“I have been in that situation before. Love can be cruel,” Sabinus said. “I once gifted a lady a Range Rover because of love. She later left, and I regretted it.”
