“I Married a Wife, Not a Whore” – Gospel Singer Paul Nwokocha Accuses Wife of Sending Nudes to Other Men as Marriage Ends

Popular Nigerian gospel singer, Paul Nwokocha, has reportedly parted ways with his second wife, Mrs. Goodness Nwokocha, less than a year after their marriage.

Nwokocha, who married Goodness in September 2023 following the collapse of his first marriage to Alice Nwokocha, now finds himself at the center of another marital controversy. Sources close to the family revealed that trouble began in May 2024, with claims that Goodness faced mistreatment in the marriage. The relationship, reportedly arranged by Nwokocha’s uncles, saw Goodness relocate from Lagos to be with the singer without prior background checks. The situation escalated, leading to the return of the bride price, signifying the official end of the union.

Reacting to the breakup, Nwokocha accused his wife of infidelity, alleging that she sent nude images and videos to other men. In a widely circulated video, he defended his decision, stating that he would never tolerate what he described as “abominable acts.” He emphasized that, regardless of how long a marriage lasts, he would not hesitate to end it if his spouse engaged in actions he deemed immoral.
