Google Appoints Enugu-born Alex Okosi as Managing Director for Africa

Google, the global technology giant, has appointed Alex Okosi, a Nigerian-born executive, as its Managing Director for the Africa region. This announcement was made by Meir Brand, Vice President of EMEA Emerging Markets at Google, in a recent statement.

Alex Okosi brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously served as the Managing Director for YouTube in EMEA Emerging Markets. Before his tenure at YouTube, Alex Okosi held the position of Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Viacom International Media Networks Africa and BET International.
