Gani Fawehinmi’s son Mohammed is dead.
Mohammed Fawehinmi, the first son of the late human rights lawyer Chief Gani Fawehinmi, is dead. He was aged 52.
Reports have it that he died on after complaining of breathing difficulties.
Mohammed was born on February 21, 1969. He started his primary education at Kotun Memorial School, Surulere, Lagos and his Secondary School Education at Federal Government College, Sokoto.
He was a 1991 graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos.
He went on to obtain an LLB degree from the University of Buckingham, England and was called to Nigerian Bar in 1998.
In September 2003, he had a terrible accident in Lagos, which affected his spinal cord and that has since confined him to the wheel chair.
Mohammed Fawehinmi was unmarried before his death.
