FULL LIST: Tinubu Appoints New Leadership for AMCON, Digital Economy Agencies
President Bola Tinubu has given his nod to the appointment of a fresh management team for the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON). A statement released on Thursday by spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale revealed that the appointments are subject to confirmation by the Nigerian Senate.
The newly appointed AMCON team includes Gbenga Alade as the Managing Director/CEO, alongside executive directors Aminu Ismail, Adeshola Lamidi, and Lucky Adaghe. Emphasizing the President’s expectations, Ngelale stated that Tinubu seeks unwavering dedication, professionalism, and diligence from the appointees to enhance AMCON’s efficiency and transparency.
Simultaneously, President Tinubu has also reshaped the management teams within agencies under the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.
