Former Porn Star Asia Carrera Passes Texas Bar Exam, Moves Toward Legal Career
Asia Carrera, a former adult film actress, has successfully passed the Texas bar exam, taking a significant step toward becoming a licensed attorney.
Carrera, whose birth name is Jessica Steinhauser, shared the news on Facebook after sitting for the February exam, widely regarded as one of the most demanding professional tests in the United States. Official records show she is listed among successful candidates under her legal name with the State Bar of Texas.
This was her second attempt at the exam. She previously disclosed that she narrowly missed passing on her first try by just two points. For her latest attempt in Waco, she joined nearly 1,000 candidates and said she felt significantly better prepared.
Her success marks a notable career transition, moving from the entertainment industry into the legal profession.
