Femi Falana Vows To Challenge NNPCL Price Hike In Court
A human rights lawyer and legal adviser to the Nigeria Labour Congress, Femi Falana Says PMS price hike by the Nigerian National Peteoleum Company Limited is illegal.
Falani, speaking on the sideline of an ongoing make or Mar meeting of the NLC, says the price template will be challenged in the court of law immediately.
The NNPCL had on Wednesday announced new price regime for PMS from 192 to 537 naira.
The action according to the NNPCL is followed by the the pronnouncement by President Bola Tinubu that fuel subsidy regime is over.
