Edo 2020: Court disqualifies Ize-Iyamu’s running mate
The Edo State High Court sitting in Benin has voided Audu Ganiyu, the Deputy Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the September 19, 2020 governorship election.
Justice H.A Courage-Ogbebor, delivered the judgement in Benin, stating that Audu Ganiyu presented false information to the Independent National Electoral Commission in his Form EC9.
