Osun State Governor Elect SeNator Adeleke has been granted bail my Maitama police station after two days in detention.
It is believed he was granted bail in the sum of N2m with one surety who must be resident in the Mpape Area.
The matter that he is being held for is already being heard in various courts and this ordinarily should not be a police matter as it is double jeopardy.
