DJ Switch Arrested in Lagos
DJ Obianuju Catherine Udeh, widely known as DJ Switch, has been apprehended by the Lagos State Police for allegedly assaulting police officers.
DJ Switch, renowned for her activism particularly during the EndSars protests, stands accused of obstructing and physically assaulting female police officers. Reports suggest that her actions stemmed from dissatisfaction with the handling of a case she had reported to the authorities.
The popular entertainer, who gained prominence for her role as a key witness during the EndSars protests, is said to have resisted arrest before being taken into custody. At the time of reporting, she was being escorted to a Magistrates’ Court to face charges related to the incident.
