Court of appeal affirms Oshiomhole’s suspension
A 3-man panel of the court of appeal has affirmed the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a judgment delivered by Mohammed Lamido today, the three-man panel dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal and said that the appeal lacked merit.
