Buhari govt makes history after becoming the first govt to disobey 6 court orders after Court of Appeal in Abuja grants Nigeria’s former NSA Sambo Dasuki bail.

The Federal government has once again disobeyed a court order granting former NSA Sambo Dasuki bail. The latest order came from the Court of Appeal Abuja division. The three justices unanimously agreed that the Sambo Dasuki should be released on bail pending his continued trial. They put the bond at N100m and two sureties.

Sambo Dasuki has been in detention for nearly 4 years.
