Breaking: Yahaya Bello sends Gunmen to Interrupt Covid19 press conference in Lokoja
Staff of the Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja, who were meeting to plan a press conference protesting the state governments position on Covid19 have been attacked by gunmen believed to be working on orders of the governor Yahaya Bello.

The staff made up of medical professionals had planned to have a press conference to pressure FG into establishing a COVID-19 screening centre in the state.
The gunmen arrived the premises in 3 vehicles and shot sporadically in the air as they arrived. This sent the doctors scampering for safety leaving their valuables behind.
The gunmen took laptops and other valuable equipment and ransacked the offices including the CMD’s office where they are believed to have carted away documents and other valuables.
The hospital management has asked all staff to vacate the premises.
