The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has opened its recruitment portal for the recruitment of new personnel across various cadres.
Prospective applicants can submit their applications through the official recruitment portal at [https://recruitment.frsc.gov.ng/](https://recruitment.frsc.gov.ng/).
As applications begin, candidates are advised to pay close attention to the recruitment requirements and avoid common mistakes that could lead to disqualification.
Below are nine errors applicants should avoid during the recruitment process.
1. Meet the minimum height requirement and enter it correctly. Male applicants must have a minimum height of 165 cm, while female applicants must be at least 158 cm tall. When entering your height, do not use a decimal point. For example, enter 165 instead of 1.65. Applicants who do not meet the required height may be disqualified.
2. Upload clear copies of all required documents. Ensure that all scanned documents are sharp, readable, and complete. Blurred or unclear documents may affect your application.
3. Select the correct application category. Choose the category that matches your educational qualification. Selecting the wrong category could affect your eligibility.
4. Ensure you meet the age requirement. SSCE and NABTEB holders must not be older than 30 years. NCE and ND holders must not exceed 35 years. Degree and HND holders must also be 35 years or below, while applicants for truck driver positions must not be older than 40 years.
5. Do not select "Married." According to the recruitment requirements, applicants are expected to be single.
6. Use an active email address. Applicants should register with an email address they can access easily, as screening invitations and other updates will be sent through email.
7. Indicate that you are computer literate. Computer literacy is listed as a compulsory requirement for all applicants.
8. Upload a suitable passport photograph. The passport photograph should have a white or red background. Applicants should avoid using photographs taken against office or other unsuitable backgrounds.
9. Submit your application when the recruitment portal and your internet connection are stable. This helps reduce the risk of errors or incomplete submissions.
Applicants are advised to review all information carefully before submitting their forms. Only applications that meet the stated requirements and recruitment guidelines will proceed to the next stage of the exercise.
The FRSC recruitment portal remains open for eligible candidates to apply.
