‘Are You the Only One Hungry?’ Thugs Threaten Lagos Residents Not to Protest
Suspected thugs have issued threats to residents of Lagos State, warning them against participating in the upcoming hunger protest scheduled to run from August 1 to August 10.
A viral video circulating on Tuesday captures the voices of these individuals, who were heard admonishing market women and men to abstain from the planned protest, suggesting it could result in greater destruction than the #EndSARS protests.
“Anybody that is confident should come out on Thursday to protest. Are you the only one hungry?” one of the voices taunted.
“If you dare come out for the protest, you will be mercilessly dealt with,” another voice threatened.
