2027: “Removing Tinubu Is Impossible” — Cubana Chief Priest Says After Late-Night City Boy Movement Meeting
Socialite and nightlife entrepreneur Cubana Chief Priest has thrown his support behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the 2027 presidential election, declaring that defeating him is impossible.
In an Instagram post, Chief Priest shared a video of campaign buses and revealed that he attended late-night strategy meetings with the City Boy Movement to plan efforts aimed at boosting Tinubu’s appeal, particularly in the South East.
“Our minds are made up. The goal is simple: deliver @officialasiwajubat. To confront Asiwaju is impossible. We cannot afford to lose again,” he wrote, referring to Tinubu by his popular nickname.
He emphasized the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as the “surest bet” and encouraged others to join, asserting that no other party comes close.
This endorsement marks a shift from Chief Priest’s previous support for Peter Obi in the 2023 presidential election, signaling a notable realignment in his political stance ahead of 2027.
