Photos: Hisbah Board Arrests Multiple Youths in Katsina “Den of Immoral Acts” Raid
Several men and women were arrested in Dandume Local Government Area, Katsina State, after a coordinated raid by the Hisbah Board on a house reportedly used for immoral activities. The operation, carried out on December 17, 2025, at around 9:30 p.m., targeted a location where suspected sexual activities among unmarried youths were said to be taking place.
The board’s Information Officer, Malam Abdullahi Muntari, stated that the raid was led by Acting Operations Commander Malam Aliyu Ahmed following reports of the alleged activities. Muntari expressed concern over the use of private homes for such acts, noting that several young men and women were taken into custody for further investigation.
He emphasized that the board will continue conducting similar operations to uphold the moral standards of the community.
