How Temi Convinced Me to Buy Two Houses in Dubai for Her Wedding — Femi Otedola

Femi Otedola has revealed that his daughter, Temi, convinced him to purchase two luxury homes in Dubai so she could host parts of her wedding celebration. The Nigerian billionaire businessman shared the story during his daughter’s festivities, which took place across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland.

Otedola explained that for 15 years, a property agent had shown him more than 70 homes in Dubai, but he never considered buying. That changed during a family trip when he toured a waterfront property with his daughter. According to him, Temi suggested it would be perfect for her engagement ceremony. He admitted he initially hesitated at the cost but later decided to go ahead, telling himself that life is for the living.

Eight months later, the same agent invited him to see another newly completed house on the same street. When Temi visited, he showed her the property, and she quickly suggested it would be ideal for their after-party. Otedola said he bought the second house as well, joking that her persuasion once again won him over.

The Dubai celebrations formed the second leg of Temi’s wedding to musician Mr Eazi, following a Monaco ceremony and preceding an Icelandic finale.
